In this group, you will learn:

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Neuroplasticity

    Cognitive Behavior Therapy can help you adapt repetitive thought patterns and change neural pathways, backed by new research about neuroplasticity.

  • Mindfulness and Multicultural teachings

    Learn about the historical, cultural, and spiritual aspects of certain Eastern teachings that gave way to today’s global mindfulness movement. Learn about historical, cultural, and spiritual aspects of healing practices from various cultures indigenous to the Americas, and how they have influenced current healing practices of today.

  • Self-care plans–bring your journal!

    We will be putting the teachings into action and making customized self-care plans based on individual needs and interests. Bring your prior knowledge to share with the group, or listen, learn, and get inspired.
